1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Bargentic, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What Bargentic Does

Bargentic is a reverse-bidding shopping agent. When you submit a request, we contact merchants on your behalf, collect price offers, and send you the best results via WhatsApp. We act as an intermediary — we do not sell products directly and are not a party to any transaction between you and a merchant.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid Nigerian phone number to use this service. By using Bargentic, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate.

4. Free for Buyers

Bargentic is free for buyers. We do not charge you to submit requests or receive offers. Our business model involves fees paid by merchants, not buyers.

5. No Guarantee of Prices or Availability

Prices quoted by merchants are indicative and subject to change. Bargentic does not guarantee any specific price, product availability, delivery time, or merchant conduct. Any transaction you enter into with a merchant is solely between you and that merchant.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Submit genuine requests for products you intend to purchase.
  • Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you with offers.
  • Do not misuse the platform to spam merchants or submit fraudulent requests.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on Bargentic is owned by or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bargentic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction with a merchant. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us (which is zero for buyers).

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in Nigerian courts.
